In partnership with the Washington State Department of Transportation, Apple Line (operated by Northwestern Stage Lines) provides daily, regularly scheduled bus service between Omak and Ellensburg.

How to Purchase Apple Line Tickets?
There are a couple of ways you can purchase tickets for the Apple Line:
Online:
- Visit the Website: Go to the website (https://appleline.us/) and explore the available options for booking.
- Select Origin, Destination, Date, and Passengers: Navigate through the site to find the sections where you can input details such as the origin, destination, travel date, and the number of passengers for your trip.
- Make Online Payment: Once you have provided all the necessary information, proceed to the payment section.
- Receive Tickets: After a successful payment, you should receive a confirmation of your booking.
Over the phone:
Call their dedicated ticketing line at 800-366-3830.
In person:
You can also pay the driver directly when you board the bus (availability permitting).

Authorizations:
- All Apple Line coaches are equipped for your comfort, including air conditioning, reclining seats, headrests, footrests, and tinted windows.
- Feel free to bring reading material, radio headphones, and a small pillow for your enjoyment. Alternatively, you can simply appreciate the scenery through the large windows.
- You are allowed to bring non-alcoholic food and beverages on board for personal consumption.
Prohibitions:
- Smoking is not allowed on board, as per federal law.
- There is zero tolerance for alcohol consumption, drug use, carrying weapons, and disruptive behavior during scheduled trips.
- Dogs, cats, birds, and other animals are not permitted on our buses. However, trained service animals accompanying disabled individuals are exempt.
Behavioral and Safety Guidelines:
- Use headphones for electronic devices to avoid disturbing other passengers.
- Remain seated while the bus is in motion for your safety and the safety of others.
- When exiting the bus, be mindful of steps, use handrails, and wait until the driver is outside to assist you.
- Leave enough space while boarding or disembarking to ensure a safe exit.
Additional Information:
- Customers with disabilities requiring travel assistance should refer to the "Passengers with Special Needs" section.
- Service animals accompanying disabled individuals can travel at no additional charge.
